Ramsey Field Hockey on Fire: Reese Connell Scores 100 points!

This year, Ramsey athletics has seen amazing records in all their sports but there is one team definitely worth mentioning. Ramsey‘s Girls Varsity Field Hockey team has had a great season this far. They are 7-2 right now and working hard as they progress into the semi-final round of the county tournament.

The whole team has been playing amazing but there is one player to highlight for sure. That player is Reese Connell who recently hit 100 points. Reese is known as a dedicated teammate on and off the field which has been noticed by everyone from her teammates to coaches. This amazing milestone is one for the books. From the Ram we wish the biggest congratulations to Reese!

The Ramsey Field Hockey team is one to look out for as they make their way into the semi-finals of counties soon. Their talent has shown through this year and the whole Ramsey community is rooting for them as they continue their season.

Hi, my name is Hannah Kanter, and I am a junior at Ramsey. I’m so excited to be part of The Ram community, especially as the Sports and Events Editor, where I get to help share the spirit of our school. I’ve always loved writing—English has been my favorite subject for as long as I can remember. At Ramsey, I’m involved in several clubs, including DECA, Yearbook, Student Congress, and National Honor Society, and I play on the Girls Varsity Tennis team as well as serve as the Goalie for the Girls Varsity Lacrosse team. Outside of school, I work at Camp Gaw, where I’ve been a customer service representative for the past three years.
