Spooky season was a total success! The Student Council and Best Buddies hosted an entertaining Halloween event filled with fun activities for students and staff to all enjoy. Many students and staff got into the spirit by dressing up in creative costumes.
Some of the winners included Alexis Fernandes, Lizzie Rubin, and Alex Kay, who won Best Group Costume as Rodrick, Greg, and Rowley from Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The Funniest Costume went to Marcelo and Liam as Patrick and SpongeBob, while the Scariest Costume was awarded to Sabrina Z as Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Olivia M. took home Best Homemade Costume, 
and Mrs. Rodriguez and Mrs. DeSantis won Best Staff Group Costume as Elphaba and Glinda from Wicked. Congratulations to all the winners and enjoy your free Chick-fil-A lunches! This year’s celebration featured a variety of festive activities, including a photo booth, slime-making station, and pumpkin painting area where students showed off their creativity. A big shoutout to Student Congress members Massi, Maureen, Izzy, and Reese for organizing such an interactive and exciting event. Keep an eye out for more Student Congress run events coming soon!
